Grow Shop Italia offers an express courier service with home delivery, generally carried out within 24/48 hours for almost the entire Italian territory, while for Calabria, Laguna, and islands 48/72 hours.
For the rest of Europe, we offer express shipping with indicative delivery times between 3 and 5 working days. Free insurance, and real-time tracking via email and SMS.
Additionally, to guarantee customer support from order fulfillment to delivery, we offer a customer assistance service via WhatsApp available from Monday to Saturday 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

🇮🇹 Free Shipping in Italy for Orders Over €109 🇮🇹
Orders over €109 (with real or volumetric weight up to 50kg) are FREE!
FOR ORDERS UNDER €109:
(up to 50kg of real or volumetric weight) the shipping will have the following costs:
- From 0 to 3 Kg €6.00
- From 3 to 10 Kg €9.00
- From 10 to 20 Kg €11.00
- From 20 to 30 Kg €13.50
- From 30 to 50 Kg €18.50
- Supplement for Calabria and islands + €1.50
- Supplement for Venice Lagoon and Minor Islands €25 Minimum (even above €109)
- Cash on delivery cost €4.50 up to €999.00 (over €1000.00 +1.5%)
Our shipments will be entrusted to SDA Poste - Bartolini - GLS for all national shipments up to 50 Kg.
FOR ALL ORDERS WITH A WEIGHT GREATER THAN 50KG:
For weights and volumes greater than 50 Kg, we do not guarantee free shipping and will use the following couriers: RDM Express or DPD Bartolini, subject to acceptance of the shipping cost estimate.
🇪🇺 Shipping Across Europe Rules and Conditions 🇪🇺
We provide fast and anonymous shipping throughout Europe, with SMS and email notifications for tracking. Indicative delivery times 3/5 days with express courier.
For all orders shipped to the EU and outside Italian territory, we do not offer free shipping over €109.00. Costs will vary based on the destination zone, weight, and volume of the goods.
You can check the shipping cost during checkout before completing your order.
IN EUROPE, ALL ORDERS WITH A WEIGHT AND VOLUME GREATER THAN 50KG:
For weights and volumes greater than 50Kg shipped to EU countries, we do not guarantee that the automatic shipping cost calculation (maximum €52) will cover the entire cost.
In this case, we will ship, subject to acceptance of the transportation cost estimate. The customer will be contacted to agree on any additional costs, payable conveniently by credit card or bank transfer.
Anonymous Shipments and Packages Without References or Indications of Content
Services offered by GSI:
- Anonymous packages without any reference to the site or goods.
- Online Tracking Service to track your shipment.
- Customer service available from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Insurance coverage on all shipments at no extra cost.
All our shipments are insured, follow the instructions below:
- GSI shipments are all insured for the full value of the goods.
- We remind all our customers that at the time of delivery, it is necessary to request from the courier: "Delivery with reservation of inspection of goods."
- Request this even if the package or packaging does not appear tampered with or damaged. (Indicating "undamaged packaging with reservation of inspection")
- Additionally, until the inspection is completed, keep the shipping label (a photo is also acceptable).
- Take photos of any damaged or partially tampered parts.
Furthermore, Grow Shop Italia will not be able to issue any refunds for any thefts, losses, or damages, even partial.
Our Delivery Services:
Home Delivery (Standard Courier)
Standard courier, the package is delivered to the shipping address entered in the order confirmation. At the time of delivery, a physical person must be present to receive the package and sign the delivery verification.
Hold at Courier Office (Available Only for Italy)
The package remains on hold at the courier's branch closest to your shipping address. Once arrived at the branch, it can be collected in person. The package is kept at the branch for the next 3 working days, and the customer can collect it in person. After 3 days of storage, the package will return to the sender, and the outbound and return shipping costs will be charged.
In-store Pickup
Pick up your order for free without shipping costs at our store at Via Tor de Schiavi 1 00171 Rome Tel. 0695947059. You can collect the goods on working days, from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Order Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen and product availability:

Generally, orders received by 2:00 PM (with credit card and cash on delivery payments) are processed the same day.

Orders with bank transfers will be processed after verifying the credit on the bank account.
Delivery and Storage Rules
The courier will attempt the first delivery without prior notice. In case of absence or refusal by the customer, the courier will attempt delivery again the next working day.
If the customer is absent or refuses again, the package will be stored at the local branch for 3 working days. After this period, if the package is not collected or the customer does not communicate, the package will return to the sender.
Delivery Complaints
Damaged products, missing items, or mismatched parcels: any external damage, damage to ordered products, missing items, or discrepancy in the number of parcels must be immediately contested by writing "collection with reservation of goods inspection" on the courier's accompanying document and must also be reported within 3 days of receiving the package.
