The pH 200 hm digital tin meter is an advanced micro processor that has the task of testing the pH, for example in liquids, with a very high degree of precision.
The functions of the pH meter

The PH 200 meter can be used, in a wide range of applications, for liquids that contain acidity or alkalinity. However, to have the desired effects, in the liquid it must be contained less than half, therefore less than 50%, alcohol and a conductivity of at least 10 micro-siiemens (5 ppm of TDS).

What is the Ph?

When measuring the pH we mean the quantification and concentration of hydrogen ions present in a specific substrate such as soil, nutritional solution or water. The reference scale of this measure ranges from 0 to 14 with the value 7 which represents a neutral value. According to this scale, therefore, with values ​​above 7 there is an alkaline solution, on the contrary with values ​​below this threshold you have an acid solution.
The pH is a very important value because its right proportion allows our crops to be able to absorb the nutritional solution in the best way, in order to develop a strong, healthy and lush growth of plants. As a rule, a balanced value of pH for plants oscillates between 5.5 and 6.3: instead the values ​​that differ too much between this interval are to be avoided.

Therefore values ​​greater than 6.5 or lower than 5 must be avoided. The combined mix between football and sulphate produces the right and precise value of the pH. It is advisable to check the values ​​of the pH when the nutrients must be added inside the solution and when the water must be resulted while in the recirculation systems you must adjust the value of the pH day by day because its variation can be very quick .

Finally, be careful to equally enter the pH, depending on whether the fertilizer for example has a high concentration of calcium and sulphate or if the pH of the solution itself is at a level higher than the limits previously described.
